Iss Sstv Schedule 2022

May 13 2021 Amateur Radio on the International Space Station ARISS is pleased to announce the schoolshost organizations selected for the January-June 2022 contact window. An ARISS Slow Scan TV SSTV event is scheduled from the International Space Station ISS for early October. The SSTV events are done by the Russians and they dont announce them far in advance sometimes only a few days a week maybe two weeks out if were lucky. The images will be related to some of the amateur radio activities that have occurred on the Space Shuttle Mir space station and the International Space Station.

Iss sstv schedule 2022. The transmissions are part of the Moscow Aviation Institute SSTV experiment MAI-75 and will be made from the amateur radio station RS0ISS in the Russian Service. Aug 4 1225-1810 UTC is setup and day 1. Date and times for the event are Aug 4 1225-1810 UTC for setup and operation and Aug 5 0815-1825 UTC for operation and close down.

A total of 9 of the submitted proposals during the recent proposal window have been accepted to move forward in the processes of planning to host a scheduled amateur radio contact with crew on the ISS. Friday and Saturday August 6 7 Russian cosmonauts onboard the International Space Station ISS will transmit slow-scan television SSTV images from the station on 145800 MHz FM.
